It is 11:30 PM on Friday night and I have yet to go to bed, despite the fact that the wheels on the bus go round and round at 7 AM tomorrow. Happy, happy, joy, joy.

Well, WW this week was bad. Yes, technically I am a loser, however I could have sneezed and would have put the weight back on. I only lost 0.4. I knew it wasn't going to be good.
This next week had BETTER be good!

Hey - pick yourself up. You didn't gain. That's all there is too it! You know what needs to be done to see big numbers (ie, stick to your points, write everything, workout, drink water). Don't get discouraged by the less than one pound loss. And for the no motivation for not getting to the gym. How about working out at home or at the condo rec center? It might be easier to fit in 30 - 45 minutes if you break it down. Maybe 15 before school, 15 right when you walk in and another 15 before bed? That's just as good for you as going for 45 minutes straight, if not better. And if you aren't feeling the gym, then find something else that works. I know with your long days that it's the last thing that you want to do, but it really is your key to success. You won't be able to meet your goals nearly as fast without getting your heart rate up a few times a week. I don't want to preach, but you know what you need to do. :) Good luck this week - work hard for that loss. And my favortie saying for you to keep in mind is "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels". Hehehe! Well, maybe except chocolate some days! Love you, and keep that chin up!
